Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange
The following conditions must be met to process an exchange:
- Product must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days.
- Product should be in resellable condition.
Exchange Not Accepted If
- Item is worn, washed, stained, or has perfume traces.
- Tags or packaging are missing or damaged.
- Product was purchased from clearance or non-returnable sale.
- Product shows intentional damage or misuse.

How to Request an Exchange
- Go to Contact page or WhatsApp support.
- Share your Order ID with a photo of the issue.
- Our team verifies the request within 24β48 hours.
- Pickup will be arranged for approved cases.
- Replacement is shipped after quality check.
Important Notes
- Exchange is free for wrong/defective items.
- Size exchange may include pickup or reshipping charges.
- If the replacement is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
